Freedom 4 is an initiative from Free On The Inside, a pro-active UK charity (registration no. 1097199) which concentrates on providing support to those people serving custodial sentences.

It  is a Christian organisation which recognises the need for both reform and reconciliation.

With emphasis of its work firmly fixed on spiritual understanding and growth, Free On The Inside believes people will grow in their desire to integrate within society, to find a spiritual home and discover acceptability with an enhanced quality of life.

Free On The Inside now offers Freedom 4 — a dynamic and involving three day course based on the established Cursillo concept, a model which has benefited hundreds of thousands of individuals throughout the world.

Following their participation in the three day Freedom 4 course, participants (Pilgrims) will be better prepared, enabled and empowered for their own 4th day - the rest of their lives.
